Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • The return request must be approved by our support team

Since all our products are made to order, returns are not accepted for size issues, incorrect selection by the customer, or change of mind.

3. Made to Order Products (Print on Demand)

All T shirts and hoodies are printed on demand after an order is placed. Because of this:

  • We do not offer returns for wrong size selected by the customer

  • We do not offer returns for color preference changes

  • We do not offer returns due to change of mind

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theblackfoxx7@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number

We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

If approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at theblackfoxx7@gmail.com.

Do not send any item back without written approval from us.

Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item shipped

We will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7 to 10 business days

  • Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount

If 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at theblackfoxx7@gmail.com.

8. Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original tags

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellation is not possible.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with purchases from TheBlackFoxx shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
